# Kit 1 v1.0.0 — independent AI review

## Scope and method

I solved every student task in the actual eight-page student PDF before opening the teacher guide. I then checked every answer, alternative, data table, the graph, the five standalone student selection PDFs, and the one-page teacher quick start. I inspected page contact renderings and the graph page at full size, plus native DOCX table structures. I checked science boundaries against official [NGSS MS-PS3-4](https://www.nextgenscience.org/pe/ms-ps3-4-energy) and [MS-PS3-3](https://www.nextgenscience.org/pe/ms-ps3-3-energy). I did not independently render DOCX in Microsoft Word or LibreOffice and did not test assistive technology.

Every student task has a key. The two follow-ups address different response patterns and have fresh checks. A correct selection does not become a universal or real-product claim. The graph uses an equal-interval time axis, distinct line/point styles, labels, and an equivalent text table. Constructed-data disclosure is visible beside each table and graph, including extracted selections. Student PDFs contain no teacher key. The five selections have their own needed data; all pages contain selectable text. Native DOCX tables have first-row header flags (9/9 in each full DOCX).

## Findings and resolution

No scientific, arithmetic, task-key, print-completeness, or page-layout finding requiring correction was identified in the inspected files. Visual inspection does not establish document accessibility in assistive technology or compatibility with Microsoft Word or Google Docs. Grade 6 remains an authoring target within a Grades 6–8 NGSS band. Physical investigation and full performance-expectation coverage are not claimed.
